A word from our Founder
“I founded Cruxy because I believe the traditional consulting model is flawed. When I ran a sizeable P&L I knew we often needed external perspective – but consultants failed to acknowledge the expertise of the team & were void of understanding how to execute.
There needed to be a new approach – one with skin in the game, one that was agile & one which partnered with businesses rather than patronised them.
The first client we signed was in technology and I realised the level of commercial rigour and interrogation was not common practice in technology businesses.
Everyone thinks they can do strategy. But strategy is just the choice. The action in line with this is broken. I did not start the company to follow the rule book, to come in and have the answer in the first meeting, or to claim we have a silver-bullet for your challenge. Commercial strategy can transform performance and that turnaround or injection of growth is what we live for.
Cruxy has an unmistakable attitude: Not resting on our laurels. Instead we instead dig, challenge and probe until we make an impact. The attitude of a job being done when the deck is complete is fallacious. The hunger and graft of a high-growth tech firm, must be met with clarity and immense commercial execution to make an impact, and we will bridge this gap.”
